Splatoon 3 demo Splatfest theme

The Splatfest theme for this early demo is Rock, Paper, or Scissors. Yes, there are three teams.

As such, the gameplay works a little differently. It starts off with two teams fighting against each other in classic 4v4 Turf Wars matches. Then, the second half changes to Tricolour Turf War.

This has all three teams fight against one another with two players from the second and third place teams fighting each other, as well as four players from the first place team in the Splatfest. You can then work with Deep Cut, the band of the new Idols, to try and hold first place or move up to the second or first place.

That covers all you need to know about the Splatoon 3 demo Splatfest. For more on the game, check out our recommendations for the best weapons for Elden Ring and our overview of the new Idols who will light up the stage during the demo Splatfest.
