Now, we know all you PlayStation players out there are probably dying to know what we thought of Santa Monica Studio’s sequel to 2018’s God of War (and you can read our God of War Ragnarok review right here), but you’ll be pleased to know there’s even more to be excited about beyond the next chapter of Kratos’ adventure. That’s right, Ratchet & Clank is turning 20 and five more Ratchet & Clank PS3 games are coming to PlayStation Plus Premium on November 15.
In a PlayStation Blog post on the Ratchet & Clank franchise’s 20th anniversary celebrations, senior community manager at Insomniac Games Aaron Jason Espinoza revealed that Ratchet & Clank, Ratchet & Clank Going Commando, Ratchet & Clank Up Your Arsenal, Ratchet & Clank Deadlocked, and Ratchet & Clank Future Tools of Destruction are all going to be added to PlayStation Plus Premium on November 15 alongside the pre-existing selection of Ratchet & Clank titles.
In addition to this, Espinoza revealed that a free 20th Anniversary Armor Pack for Insomniac Games’ newest Ratchet & Clank game, Rift Apart, is going to be available for free via a game update from November 4.
This 20th Anniversary Armor Pack will include the following items:
- Commando Armor (inspired by Ratchet & Clank Going Commando)
- Holoflux Armor (inspired by Ratchet & Clank Future A Crack in Time)
- Quest Armor (inspired by Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty
- Marauder Armor (inspired by Ratchet Deadlocked)
- Clank Armor (inspired by Clank, we guess?)
Wondering what these all look like? You can check them out in the promotional image shared via the PlayStation Blog below.

But, if not, just know that there’s going to be ten different Ratchet & Clank games available on PS Plus Premium soon – and they all give the best PS5 games out there a run for their money.
