Pokémon Violet DLC story
In The Teal Mask DLC, you’ll head to Kitakami on a trip, where you’ll meet two siblings from Blueberry Academy, learning about three Pokémon who saved the island from an evil ogre, those being Okidogi, Munkidori, and Fezandipiti, also known as The Loyal Three. This DLC is much more focused on freedom and exploration.
As for The Indigo Disk, you’ll be taken to the Blueberry Academy as an exchange student, a school that exists mostly underwater, as you explore the terrarium within it, making up four artificial regions. You’ll have to take new classes and experience how different Blueberry Academy can be. During The Indigo Disk, you will take part in The League Club, which will allow you to bring trainers from Paldea to visit and learn more about them as Pokémon trainers. This DLC seems to be focused on story and an academic experience compared to The Teal Mask.
Pokémon Violet DLC gameplay
In The Teal Mask, you’ll have to explore the island of Kitakami, learn about The Loyal Three, and enjoy the festivities at The Festival of Masks. You’ll also need to help a budding photographer to help capture a special Pokémon, and play the Ogre Oustin’ minigame for Mochi that can make your Pokémon stronger.
During The Indigo Disk, you’ll have to take on The BB League, a Blueberry Academy league with its own Pokémon battle ranking system. There are also plenty of trials across the artificial regions within the terrarium. Finally, there’s The League Club, with a clubroom that you can decorate, as well as find new ways to throw your Pokéball for additional customization.
The two legendaries for this DLC are Ogerpon and Terrapagos, who will appear in The Teal Mask and The Indigo Disk respectively.
