Well, a number of characters have also seen gameplay changes on top of their visual alterations, but the visual changes are more obvious. Baptise New Look And Redesign

Baptise has seen a pretty significant redesign. His orange scarf is now built into his armour and is white and more consistent with his overall design. The gun has also been made white, but his eyepiece retains the orange colour of his original design.

Bastion has been made anew with a more polished framing and a brighter paintjob. He also now wears a hat, which is a major bonus!

Pharah has had a more subtle change to her design. Her armour has been darkened a tad and her golden helmet is now more gold. Her lower half armour has also been made bleu and white, rather than purely blue.

Reaper, again, has had a more subtle visual change. His cloak and clothes are now far darker and his shotgun shells aren’t as oversized.

Reinhardt has had a significant change. The red accents are gone and replaced by the colour gold. On top of that, his chest piece now has a lion motif on it and his boots are square not pointed.

Sombra has also seen a pretty big change. Her coat is now more purple and her leggings blend the colours purple and blue better. The rest of her outfit now matches that colour shift and a circular sigil is shaved into her head.

Tracer has seen a slimming of her design, integrating her core and armour better for speed. Her coat is also now a nicer grey, rather than brown. Her leggings have also been brightened to a warmer orange.

Trobjorn looks as if he has travelled back in time with a much younger look. His beard is now less blonde and more of a light blonde shifting into a brown. His armour has also seen a significant change.

Widowmaker has been given an outer layer of armor that matches her original black boots. Those black boots have also been integrated and her headpiece has been made brighter to compliment the darker overall look she has in Overwatch 2.
