NBA 2K24 has full crossplay between PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, available in all online modes for the first time in the series’ history. This was confirmed by the NBA 2K Twitter account. However, PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One players won’t get access to the feature.
This will definitely be disappointing to a number of players who don’t have access to the latest consoles. But, it is at least a stepping stone to having full crossplay between every platform.
NBA 2K23 featured cross-progression but did not feature crossplay in any capacity. Since then, it’s been a heavily requested update so that players on all platforms can play together. That moment has now (partially) come.
