For the next 12 months, players across all of Riot's games who have a Prime subscription can expect to enjoy monthly loot capsules TFT players are now included.

League of Legends Riot Games Prime Gaming renewed 2023: Gangplank

If you’re a Riot Games enjoyer and Prime subscriber, then there’s good news – the developer and publisher has once again partnered with Prime Gaming to bring players all sorts of in-game goodies across its titles. The 2023 deal – which includes LoL Prime Gaming capsules, Valorant treats, and more – is set to last for a year, with Prime Gaming continuing its role as a global sponsor across Riot’s esports division.

From the beginning of March, League of Legends, Wild Rift, Valorant, and Legends of Runeterra players can expect the same deal – or at least a similar one – to what was available the last time Riot and Prime Gaming joined hands. Meanwhile, from the beginning of April, Teamfight Tactics players will also be able to get in on the action for the first time.

“Prime Gaming has been a longstanding partner for Riot, and we’re proud to share a mutual commitment toward providing deeper experiences that make it more rewarding to be a fan”, says Riot’s president of esports John Needham.

Perhaps the most notable change from last year’s bundles is that LoL capsules will be dropping Mythic Essence – the game’s most premium currency – and a champion shard from their offering.

You can check out everything you can expect to find in each game’s loot capsule below:

  • League of Legends — Mystery Skin Permanent (guaranteed epic), a Champion Permanent, 350 Riot Points, 30-day XP boost, Mystery Ward Skin, two Series 1 Eternal Shards, and 200 Orange Essence.
  • League of Legends: Wild Rift — Random Baubles, Emotes, Recalls, Skins, and Skin Poses.
  • Legends of Runeterra — Tier 3 Prismatic Chests, Epic Cards and Rare Cards.
  • Teamfight Tactics — Emote, Icon, Little Legend and Star Shard bundle content.
  • Valorant — Player Cards, Gun Buddies and Sprays.

On top of giving out plenty of freebies, Prime Gaming has reaffirmed its commitment to globally sponsoring Riot esports events across its catalog for the next year. This includes Valorant and League’s NA and EMEA leagues, TFT events, and major international competitions like LoL Worlds.
