If you’re looking forward to Ascendant Studios’ Immortals of Aveum, you might want to look into the newly-listed Immortals of Aveum pre-orders; the bonuses you get are going to make you one powerful Immortal. Whether you’re picking up Immortals of Aveum Deluxe Edition or otherwise (and you really should, as this could even be one of the best PS5 RPG games, and best Xbox RPG games), you’re going to be able to get your hands on the Purified Arclight Sigil – something that gives you a bit of a damage boost.
At this year’s Summer Game Fest, we got another glimpse of Immortals of Aveum gameplay – and it’s pretty slick. Slinging spells atop a giant mech, this game’s high production value (something Summer Game Fest host Geoff Keighley mentioned a lot) is clearly showing. However, we still can’t help but feel as though protagonist Jack needs a bit of a booster. These enemies aren’t dropping quite as quickly as we hoped.

So, that’s why we think you should consider pre-ordering Immortals of Aveum. As you can see here, you can see players will get the Purified Arclight Sigil, a “weapon that boosts damage of strike and shatter spells” in-game. You can also get the Triarch’s Wrath Sigil – a weapon capable of firing all three forces of magic – if you pick up the Deluxe Edition.
This also comes with the Ancient Runes of Aveum pack, which includes:
- Ring of Rashan
- Aristeyan Ring
- Immortals Ring
- Dresnyr Ring
- Lucian Ring
- Vial of the Pentacle
- Bracer of the Colossal
- Sky Island Gauntlet
We don’t know what these will do just yet, but expect a number of in-game buffs if – and when – you equip them. Check out the image below for a look at these in-game items:

We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to find out more about this intriguing FPS ahead of the Immortals of Aveum release date – and, we’re glad this isn’t aiming to be a “one and done” game, either. It’s shaping up to be a fantastic game and is quite quickly becoming one of our most hotly-anticipated upcoming PS5 games (and upcoming Xbox games) yet.
However, will it be one of the best games of all time? While we’re certain that this isn’t going to breach anyone’s list of the best competitive FPS games, it does look like it could become one of the best FPS games out there – especially if you’re looking for something a little different from things like Modern Warfare 2 and Counter-Strike 2. Ultimately, though, we will have to wait and see if this game lives up to the hype – but, we’re hopeful it will.
