Getting a good amount of DEF% is a great start, especially when paired with the Husk of Opulent Dreams providing additional DEF. From here, you’ll want to prioritise Crit Rate and Crit Damage to improve overall DPS. Furthermore, Itto’s Elemental Burst is a large source of Itto’s damage potential, and so being able to recharge it off cooldown is important. Itto’s talent priority is Normal Attack, Elemental Burst, followed by Elemental Skill.
