Find out how to unlock the Gorenko in Warzone, the Call of Duty Vanguard Season 1 sniper rifle that tore up the battleground when it was added.

Warzone Gorenko unlock: An operator runs alongside the side of a gray navy ship and fires a sniper rifle

You can no longer get or use the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle in Warzone because this version of the game was shut down. However, this guide will be updated and will be useful if the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle returns.

When Call of Duty Vanguard was first integrated with Warzone, we were treated to Pacific Season 1 in the battle royale, and with it came a new, powerful sniper rifle that tore up the Warzone meta – the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle. This was largely thanks to it hitting like a truck – it was an anti-tank rifle, after all.

Despite being a semi-auto sniper, the Gorenko had the capability to eliminate players in a single shot. It’s no wonder it took a spot on our best Warzone guns list.

As a result, everyone wanted to get their hands on one. While it’s no longer available in Warzone now that Call of Duty Vanguard’s integration with the battle royale has concluded, here is how you used to be able to unlock the Gorenko sniper rifle in Warzone Pacific Season 1. After all, there’s always a possibility that fan-favorite weapons return.

Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle Warzone unlock

The Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle could be unlocked for use in Warzone by reaching tier 31 on the Season 1 battle pass. This was available to all players as it was one of the free tiers in the battle pass.

If you didn’t manage to unlock it by the time Season 1 ended and the battle pass went away, you could still unlock the Gorenko by completing simple in-game challenges.

Again, since Vanguard and Warzone are no longer integrated, it’s not currently possible to add the Gorenko to your arsenal. Nevertheless, it was one of the best Warzone loadouts at the time – provided you could hit your shots, at least.
