If you’re looking forward to some fresh Warzone 2 content, you’ll be pleased to know that Season 4 and the new Vondel map is looking slick. In fact, we would go as far as to say that this could help Warzone 2 become one of the best competitive FPS games again – and we know that’s a big claim. With POIs like Zoo, Stadium, and Castle, you’re going to need to bring the best Warzone 2 guns to the game if you want to win.
The Warzone 2 Season 4 release date is on the way and Vondel is clearly the star of the show, even if the update is getting a returning Modern Warfare SMG – and Nikto as an operator. We’re not sorry.
Anyway, the Warzone 2 Vondel map is going to debut the following POI locations, and you can see a top-down look at said map below – if you want to start planning your drop zones and routes.

We don’t know about you, but this map seems pretty slick – and, it should be in-between Al Mazrah and Ashika Island in terms of size, supporting upwards of 70 players in Resurgence and (eventually) Battle Royale.

Those of you with your high-magnification scopes out may have spotted something a little boy-ish in this game – and, we’re here to tell you that you’re right. The Boys’ official social media account has confirmed that The Boys’ logo does feature in the trailer – which would suggest an operator crossover collaboration is coming at some point.
With the Warzone 2 meta ever-changing, Vondel could find itself nicely poised to take advantage of some of the best Warzone 2 SMGs, while also catering to the best Warzone 2 assault rifles and best Warzone 2 sniper rifles. It’s got long sight lines, tight urban areas, and – as mentioned before – a freaking stadium! Verdansk, eat your heart out.
