With every new season in Call of Duty games you can get a number of new weapons. This time around for Season 3 there are two new guns to grab and the battle rifle, the Cronen Squall, is the more interesting of the two due to its strength at a longer range.
Below, you can find an overview of what you need to do to unlock it in Warzone 2. While we don’t expect it to thoroughly shake up the list of the best Warzone 2 guns and weapons, it could definitely make its way to the top of the gun category.
Warzone 2 how to unlock the Cronen Squall
The Cronen Squall can be unlocked by purchasing it in sector C11 in the Warzone 2 Battle Pass menu during Season 3.
This isn’t too surprising or different from what we have seen in previous seasons. As there are only two weapons with Season 3 at launch, this is likely the one you will unlock later as you are making your way through the map. But, it may be worth getting or working towards as soon as you can as it might end up shining when the Warzone 2 Ranked Play release date arrives.
Now that you have unlocked the Cronen Squall, you can begin using it and hopefully grab yourself some wins. Whether it shifts the Warzone 2 meta is still up for debate, but it definitely has a shot at becoming one of the best Warzone 2 battle rifles in the game.
