Modern Warfare 2 Season 1’s release date is set for November 16, 2022. Season 1 will release alongside Warzone 2, meaning that we are in store for a big day for Call of Duty.
Season 1 will bring new Special Ops missions, alongside a “fan favourite returning map” from Modern Warfare 2, according to Activision. In addition, you will also get a new battle pass and some other additions that haven’t been revealed yet.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 roadmap
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2’s Season 1 roadmap has been revealed and will include a ton of stuff from the new CDL Moshpit playlist to two classic maps returning. In addition, Modern Warfare 2’s first Raid is planned to launch on December 14, with a new co-op mission as well for Spec Ops.
This Raid will be a multi-hour long 3v3 mission and is set to be focused on intense communication and teamwork. More should be revealed about Raids as we get closer to Season 1’s launch.
