It’s been quite a long time coming, but the AEW Fight Forever release date has finally been confirmed by veteran developer THQ Nordic – and it isn’t that far away at all. If you’re into your wrasslin’, but you’re not too big on WWE 2k23, this could be the perfect game for you. It might not be elbow-dropping into conversations about the best games of all time, but AEW Fight Forever does look like a lot of fun.

Following a brand new trailer, the AEW Fight Forever release date has been confirmed as June 29, 2023. With this being just a handful of weeks away, we should find out more about this wrestling game soon – a game that seems to be delivering a more comically exagerrated experience to its’ main competitor.

We know the graphics might look a little less realisitc, but AEW Fight Forever promises explosive action in the ring – and it looks like it might deliver that. Check out the release date trailer for yourself below, something that offers us our best look at this game yet.

A game that boasts over ten game modes and gameplay aiming to emulate older arcade-wrestler games, this should be an experience players can jump in and out of with ease – and have a lot of fun doing so. You’ll also be able to customise quite a few things about your wrestlers and the ring they’re going toe-to-toe in. So, expect to be able to get a lot out of this one.

Is AEW Fight Forever on Game Pass? Well, you can find out about that here – if you want to know. We also have the latest on all the AEW Fight Forever wrestlers that have been confirmed so far. If you’re wondering whether the iconic Chris Jericho or Kenny Omega feature, you’ll find that here. However, there are also some names you might not think on that list – so, it’s well worth checking out.

If this is something you’re interested in, THQ Nordic has also confirmed that pre-orders are now available. This game is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. So, you’ll be able to play it pretty much everywhere you can think of.

It might not look like it, but this could be one of the best fighting games out there when it drops – at least when it comes to wrestling. We’re not quite sure it’ll be able to go toe-to-toe with the newly-revealed Mortal Kombat 1; but, we’re open to being proved wrong.
