Amicia and Hugo are back and ready for more rat-filled adventures in A Plague Tale Requiem, the sequel to Asobo Studio’s incredible 2019 release A Plague Tale Innocence. Set six months after the first game, it’s safe to say that the Prima Macula is going to be fully assimilated into Hugo’s blood, raising the stakes even higher than before. If you’re eager to jump into the next chapter of the story, you are probably wondering about how long it will take to beat A Plague Tale Requiem and what is the length of the game. Here we will touch on how long you can expect to spend in the game.
How long to beat A Plague Tale Requiem?
It will take roughly 15 to 20 hours to beat A Plague Tale Requiem, depending on your skill in combat and how much you explore. If you are looking for a full completionist playthrough, you are probably looking at somewhere between 20-23 hours if you want to find all the collectible locations, unlock the secret armour Bracer, and do extra side activities.
It’s important to note that this is still going to be quite a bit longer than A Plague Tale Innocence. So, you’re getting more rats for your de Rune and more bang for your buck.
We know A Plague Tale Requiem’s rats have mastered the art of climbing, and that’s terrifying, but there’s a lot to look forward to when it comes to this upcoming release. We can’t say for sure, but it could be one of the best PS5 games – and best Xbox Series X games – we get this year even if it takes a while to beat A Plague Tale Requiem.
