It doesn’t matter which online FPS game you’re playing nowadays, levelling and progression are always at the forefront of the experience – and Riot Games’ popular tactical shooter Valorant isn’t any different. However, if you’re looking to get stuck into this game over the holidays, you’ll be pleased to know that Riot Games is going to give you all the more reason to. The Valorant Squad Boost XP bonus is here and we have everything you need to know about how long you have to take advantage of this.
Following it’s start on December 14, Valorant players will find that the Valorant Squad Boost XP Bonus is available until January 4 at 16:00 PST / 19:00 EST and January 5 at 00:00 GMT. When playing Valorant in a group – whether you’re playing with an entire team or just one friend – you can earn up to 20% bonus match XP during this period.
Now, we know this isn’t exactly going to help you climb the Valorant ranks, but it’s far from a bad thing if you’re looking for another reason to jump into one of the best competitive FPS games out there in the coming weeks.
We know there are some Valorant console release date rumours circulating, but right now PC is the only place you can play – and the only place you can make the most of the bonus XP.
If you’re a fan of Riot Games’ League of Legends, though, there’s nothing to say we won’t see something similar in the future – but, there hasn’t been any announcement just yet.
