The Lord of the Rings Gollum’s release date is set for May 25, 2023 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. This date was confirmed in a press release.
Nacon did say that the game would release in the April to September window during a Nacon earnings report and it seems to be hitting that. The game is also set to come to Nintendo Switch at some point, but that version has been indefinitely pushed back and is now set for later in 2023.

The Lord of the Rings Gollum focuses on telling the untold parts of Gollum’s story so far from his time as a slave below the Dark Tower to his stay with the Elves of Mirkwood. You will use a variety of influential powers on characters to gain favour with them as you play through the game, crafting villainous plots or trying to convince them to be allies.
