The Quarantine Zone is the first main chapter in The Last of Us Part 1, allowing you to explore and find loot and collectibles. But, where can you find all of those The Last of Us Part 1 remake’s The Quarantine Zone collectible locations?
The chapter doesn’t have a ton of collectibles for you to find as you make your way through the zone with Tess and Ellie. But, there are some collectibles that you can very easily miss if you aren’t keeping an eye out.

The Last of Us Part 1 remake The Quarantine Zone collectible locations
In The Quarantine Zone chapter in The Last of Us Part 1 remake, there are 14 collectible locations. These include seven artefacts, three Firefly pendants, and four optional conversations. You can find all of the locations below:
Optional conversation 1 collectible location
When heading out with Tess at the start of the chapter, walk to the end of the street to find two people talking by a lampost and bus shelter. Talk to them to grab the collectible.
Military Pamphlet artefact collectible location and Boston Q.Z. Map artefact collectible location
After you grab your backpack, you will automatically get these two collectibles.
Optional conversation 2 collectible location
After grabbing your weapon and gear with Tess and reaching the bar on the surface, head out through the front door by the jukebox. Talk to Tess here to grab the next optional conversation.
Vigil’s Firefly pendant collectible location
Climb into the next building with Tess and walk ahead into the bedroom to find a firefly pendant on the ground.
Note To Brother artefact collectible location
After encountering your first Infected, climb up to the second floor of the building and open the door in the side room to find a document on the table, before you head back outside.
Optional conversation 3 collectible location
Once you encounter some spores, you will pass through a building and see a corpse on the main path. Interact with it to get the third optional conversation.
Glueck’s Firefly pendant collectible location
Once you have jumped back outside, after using the plank to walk across the gap in the building, you will crouch to reach a new set of buildings. To your left, you can find a tree. Hanging in the tree is the Firefly pendant. Do note that the pendant is hanging in a different spot from the original game on PS3/PS4.
Drafting Notice artefact collectible location
Walk through the camp ahead and through the bus in the camp. Continue forward until you reach two people standing by a fence. On the ground, you can find a document.
Wanted Poster artefact collectible location
Just ahead of that document, you can find another one on the side of the notice board. It is a wanted poster for Marlene.
Shipping Manifest artefact collectible location
Continue through the chapter until you reach the third fight with Robert’s men in a large shipping yard. Stick to the right side of the area to find the document behind a small bin. It is next to the small boat in the water.
Docks Notes artefact collectible location
Just ahead of that collectible, you can find another artefact location. Continue to stick to the right side to find it by the railing.
Optional conversation 4 collectible location
Once Marlene joins both of you you will fight some enemies and reach the top of a highway. Head along that highway and kill everyone, before going back down the stairs to have a chat with Marlene.
Liu’s Firefly pendant collectible location
Much later on, after you and Tess have split up and you are with Ellie, look by the dead man ahead of you after you leave Marlene’s place. Here you can find the final firefly pendant in the chapter.
