Overwatch 2‘s Watchpoint Pack has been contentious since it was announced, offering a number of upgrades and items for the sequel, despite it being a free-to-play game. On top of that, one of the bonuses for the pack actually is no longer available. But, what are the Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack contents, how can you activate it, and why might the Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack not be working?
Blizzard isn’t the only company to offer a pack like this as a number of other multiplayer games have done the same, with most of the rewards being focused on cosmetics and in-game currency.
But how do the Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack contents differ from those games? This article will cover everything there is to know about the pack of items and bonuses.
Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack Contents
The Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack contains the following items:
- Guaranteed access to the Overwatch 2 PvP crossplay beta (no longer available)
- Overwatch Legendary Edition – including 5 legendary and 5 epic skins for the game
Then, when Overwatch 2 launches, you will also get the following bonuses within the sequel:
- Season 1 Premium battle pass
- Two Overwatch 2 legendary hero skins – Space Raider (Soldier 76 and Cassidy)
- 2000 Overwatch 2 Virtual currency
- Overwatch 2 player icon
The pack costs $39.99 or £34.99 and is available on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC to purchase. If you have purchased it, then upon logging in it will automatically be unlocked once entering the game.
