January 5, 2023 Riot has now added the full rundown of numbers for each change, as well as some additional champion changes for Xayah, Twisted Fate, and Mordekaiser

Another League of Legends patch cycle is on the way, and developer Riot Games has given us a sneak peek at what is to be expected when it rolls round with the League of Legends patch 13.1 update preview.

Taking to Twitter to share the notes, Summoner’s Rift team designer Ezra ‘Phlox’ Lynn says that the studio is “still mostly looking at soloq outliers” ahead of the Season 13 launch on January 10. For example, Jayce, Lissandra, and Sion constitute some of those receiving buffs, while Aatrox, K’Sante, and Yuumi are just a few of the champions getting nerfed.

On the items front, Phlox says that underpowered items like Horizon Focus and Rod of Ages are getting some love, while Jak’Sho, The Protean is being adjusted “to make it less valuable on fighters” – we’re not complaining.

Speaking of fighters, the dev further notes that the class will be getting some sustain changes “in the next few patches”, though details are still being finalised.

You can check out the full, updated change list below. Phlox notes that names highlighted in yellow like Xayah and Mordekaiser are additions from the initial preview shared the day prior.

Finally, before signing off, Phlox says that the long-awaited Yuumi changes “are still in the works”, with the nerf on this patch serving as an attempt to temper the magical cat while she continues to be banned often. According to U.GG, Yuumi has been banned in 19.3% of games across all ranks on patch 12.23.
