Early in your journey through Hogwarts you’ll come across Zenobia, a young student who has lost her Gobstones thanks to a cruel prank by her classmates. These Gobstones can be quite a challenge to find though, so here’s the Hogwarts Legacy Gobs of Gobstones overview.
The Hogwarts Legacy Gobs of Gobstones side quest can take a long time to complete if you’re at a wit’s end as to where Zenobia’s Gobstones locations are. There are plenty of other quests that make the Hogwarts Legacy length surprisingly long. This guide is based on our time playing for our Hogwarts Legacy review on PS5.
In the Hogwarts Legacy Gobs of Gobstones side quest you will need to find six Gobstones for Zenobia, a student at Hogwarts. These are all scattered around Hogwarts in the various wings of the castle.
To begin the Gobs of Gobstone quest to find Zenobia’s Gobstones, head to the stairs in the Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower, near The Astronomy Wing courtyard. Here you’ll find the titular Zenobia. You’ll likely come across this quest during Professor Ronen’s Assignment to learn Reparo.
To pick up Zenobia’s Gobstones hidden out of reach, use the Accio spell to pull them towards you and into your character’s hand.
To find Zenobia’s Gobstone location in The Astronomy Wing, make your way to the large dragon statue in the Transfiguration Courtyard area and look on the roof above the hallway. The Gobstone is tucked away in the roofing.

There are two Zenobia’s Gobstone locations to find in The Library Annex, both near the Divination Classroom Floo Flame.
To find the first of Zenobia’s Gobstones in The Library Annex, head to the spiral staircase using the Divination Classroom Floo Flame. From here, head up the small wooden stairs to enter onto the walkway above the hall. One of Zenobia’s Gobstones can be found on the rafters to your left.

To find the second of Zenobia’s Gobstones locations in The Library Annex, return to the Divination Classroom Floo Flame and head to the floor above using the spiral staircase. A ladder will drop down from the ceiling when you reach the top of the stairs but don’t climb it. Instead, turn around and look at the chandelier above the staircase where you will find the final Gobstone location in The Library Annex.

There are three Zenobia’s Gobstone locations to find in The Grand Staircase, one of which is in the Ravenclaw Tower while the remaining two are in the Trophy Room.
To find the first of Zenobia’s Gobstones in The Grand Staircase, travel to the Ravenclaw Tower Floo Flame. Next, if you look down the corridor adorned with blue pillars, you will see the Gobstone hidden in one of the pillars.

The second and third of Zenobia’s Gobstones are located close to each other in the Trophy Room. Begin by travelling to the Trophy Room Floo Flame where you will find a corridor populated by suits of armour.
A Gobstone location can be found almost immediately by looking at the wood around one of the large windows in this hallway, as seen in the image below:
The final Gobstone is located in the Trophy Room itself, on one of the shelves. The Trophy Room is cluttered with a variety of different trophies, awards, and cabinet displays, so it’s easy to miss Zenobia’s Gobstone.

Now that you’ve found Zenobia’s Gobstones locations, you’re ready to complete the Gobs of Gobstone quest. Return to Zenobia at the stairs in the Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower, near The Astronomy Wing Transfiguration Courtyard. You’ll get some XP and a wand handle as a reward.

Hogwarts Legacy has drawn considerable criticism during its development, largely due to the fact that the creator of the Harry Potter series, J.K. Rowling, has made a number of transphobic remarks on social media in recent years.

Rowling is not “directly involved” in the development of Hogwarts Legacy, it is working with “her team” and Portkey Games, a Warner Bros. label dedicated to launching new experiences inspired by J.K.
