Genshin Impact‘s 3.0 update is one of the more exciting upcoming releases for the game and we already know a little bit about what we can expect. But, when will the Genshin Impact 3.0 release date be?

While Hoyoverse is pretty timely with their updates, often hitting a regular schedule, with the 3.0 update likely being a large addition to the game, could we see it getting delayed. This is especially true when update 2.8 only released in mid-July.

However, this article will be kept updated with the latest on the Genshin Impact 3.0 release date. So, while we don’t have much in the way of information from the team behind the game, we will keep this guide updated with the latest news, as well as our best prediction for when we could see the anticipated 3.0 update for the game released.

The Genshin Impact 3.0 update doesn’t have a release date. However, based off of previous update cadences and releases, we should expect it to arrive possibly on August 24, 2022, or August 31, 2022.

This is a guess on our part, but once Hoyoverse has announced the official date, we will update this guide with the latest information.

These three new characters actually confirm a number of leaks from back in June. So the update should be heading into beta very soon and we will likely hear more in late July and August.
