Genshin Impact is hurtling towards its much-anticipated 3.0 update, shipping us all off to Sumeru for a fresh round of adventures. Of course, it’s not a new region without new characters, and now thanks to new Genshin Impact 3.0 banner leaks, we might just know who we will be dropping our Primogems on when the new version rolls round.
According to ‘Lumie’ – perhaps the most reliable leaker in the scene right now – the first Genshin Impact banner for 3.0 will include Tighnari and Collei – the two brand new Dendro element characters. But that’s not all when it comes to the Genshin Impact 3.0 banner leaks, as it looks like Dori – an upcoming Electro character – will arrive as a solo banner later on in the update.
However, players may have to stretch their Primos even further during 3.0, as Lumie also states their source told them that there may be an unprecedented third banner. That’s right, for the first time since Genshin Impact 1.3, there could be a trio of banners in a single version. It’s ok, our wallets are crying too.
As per the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor Discord server, Genshin 3.0 will not be extended to accommodate the extra banner, leaving roughly two weeks for each one – just a little tight if true then.
Should the Genshin Impact 3.0 banner leaks materialise, then let’s all pray that developer HoYoverse has plenty of ways for us to top up on Genshin’s premium currency throughout our initial visit to Sumeru. After all, how are we supposed to choose which of the new Genshin Impact characters to go after, if not them all?
