The La Subida Speed Zone location in Forza Horizon 5 can be found in the west of Mexico, along the mountainside leading up to the volcano. It is just west of the long windy road which takes you up to La Gran Caldera.
Once you are at the speed zone, you can very easily drive through the zone and build up momentum and pass through the end at a top speed.
