Roundtable Hold is the main hub area of Elden Ring, showcased ahead of launch in trailers and some screenshots. However, unlike previous FromSoftware games, it isn’t unlocked early on and you will have to do a bit of work to get access to it.
Roundtable Hold is where most of the NPCs in Elden Ring will hang out and also where some Sorcerers, Tarnished, and other vendors can be found, who will sell you some of the best Ashes of War, best incantations, and best sorceries among other items. Roundtable Hold also is home to the incredibly valuable Blacksmith, who allows you to upgrade your gear.

Elden Ring how to unlock and get to Roundtable Hold
There are multiple ways in Elden Ring to unlock and get access to the Roundtable Hold, however all of them require you to rest at Sites of Grace. These sites of grace are:
- Stormveil Castle Main Gate
- Lake-Facing Cliffs
The Stormveil Castle Main Gate Site of Grace can be found directly after you defeat Margit, the Fell Omen and is virtually unmissable. Sitting down will get Melina to transport you to Roundtable Hold.
However, the other Site of Grace can be found by continuing up the north path of Stormhill and finding a broken bridge. Climb up the hillside connected to the rubble from the bridge to find a path that leads up to Liurnia of the Lakes. Resting at the first Site of Grace you come across will cause Melina to transport you to Roundtable Hold.
After you have travelled to the Roundtable Hold once, you can travel there anytime from the south-west corner of the map screen.
