According to the Call of Duty Blog, the Warzone Operation Monarch SCREAM Device will allow “Operatives [to] unleash the awesome power of Godzilla and Kong in battle” – but, what does that actually mean? Well, that means players using this epic killstreak will be able to choose from utilising Godzilla’s Heat Ray breath or a Kong ground pound to get one-up on their enemies.

  • Deal the most damage to Godzilla or Kong during Titan Frenzy
  • Completely fill the Special Intel Meter with Monarch Intel

One thing you need to keep in mind is that multiple SCREAM Device killstreaks can’t be used in quick succession. The Call of Duty Blog explains that this is to “avoid a barrage of attacks, and to protect the sensory nerves of [the] Protector Titans” Kong and Godzilla.
