When it comes to finding success in Al Mazrah and Warzone 2, the weapons you have in your hands really can be the difference between an early trip to the Gulag and victory. So, whether you’re struggling to survive or just looking to change up your class, we have the best Warzone 2 loadout of the week for you below – and it’s a belter.

Now, if you’re sitting there wondering what we’re talking about when it comes to the fastest TTK in Al Mazrah, allow us to explain – with some help from Call of Duty content creator and Warzone wizard ‘JGOD‘.

Crunching the numbers with and without attachments, JGOD has worked out that an akimbo P890 setup offers you one of the fastest close-range TTK times in the game – and it certainly looks to be the most deadly option when it comes to sidearms. We know you might still want to check out one of the best Warzone 2 SMG options, but trust us on this one. So, somewhat controversially, we’re going to start things backwards and look at this week’s best Warzone 2 loadouts‘ secondary weapon first.

As you can see for yourself at around the 04:00 mark in JGOD’s video down below, here’s what you need to equip with on your P890 in Warzone 2:

  • Trigger Action: Bruen Express
  • Barrel: Matuzek Cottonmouth Barrel
  • Magazine: 12 Round Mag
  • Laser: 1mw Pistol Laser
  • Rear Grip: Akimbo P890

As you might already expect, speed is everything when it comes to this build – however, the 12 Round Mag magazine attachment is going to offer you some safety when it comes to missing shots and not being caught out with an empty clip. The Matuzek Cottonmouth Barrel is going ot improve this sidearms damage range, though – so, you won’t need to worry as much about being out of range when it comes to firefights.

However, no matter which barrel you equip, this is ultimately a close-range option. In Al Mazrah, you’re going to need to be prepared for anything. So, that’s why we’re turning our attentions to Call of Duty content creator ‘WhoIsImmortal‘ for a long range assault rifle option that could even challenge to be one of the best Warzone 2 assault rifle builds available right now.

This might differ from what you consider to be the best Warzone 2 Kastov 762 loadout, but WhoIsImmortal’s build perfectly balances the close-range option in JGOD’s akimbo P890 pistols. So, here’s what you need to know:

  • Muzzle: Sakin Tread-40
  • Barrel: KAS-10 584mm Barrel
  • Underbarrel: Lockgrip Precision-40
  • Magazine: 40 Round Mag
  • Optic: Schlager 3.4x

The 40 Round Mag is going to slow this weapon down a little, but the increased magazine size really does make the difference against a fully-plated enemy. However, this build isn’t about speed – it’s about damage at a distance and accuracy, which this Kastov 762 offers in abundance.

As for the rest of your loadout, you’re going to want to look at using one of the best Warzone 2 perk packages available: Specter. This comes with Ghost and, when not wanting Overkill, is easily the best all-round option. We also recommend using Semtex and Stun Grenades in your equipment slots – however, a case can be made for a Heartbeat Sensor if you think you need one.

But, that’s all there is to it when it comes to throwing together the best Warzone 2 loadout of the week. As long as you’re quick off the mark, you’re going to be causing a lot of chaos with these akimbo pistols – and the Kastov 762 is a reliable option to fall back on. We’ll be keeping an eye on the Warzone 2 patch notes for any changes – and we recommend you keep an eye on them too. But, for now, this will do a job and you should find success whether you’re in Al Mazrah City or the Rohan Oilfields.
