How to unlock the Tonfa in Modern Warfare 2
You can unlock the Tonfa in Modern Warfare 2 by completing the Assault on Vondel event challenges, as it is the final reward unlock. These challenges will slowly unlock throughout Season 4, so you can’t grab this weapon right away.
The Assault on Vondel community event runs from June 14, 2023, until July 7, 2023, giving you nearly a month to complete the event and unlock the Tonfa alongside the community.
The Tonfa, based on a traditional Japanese martial arts weapon, is a secondary melee weapon, making it a powerful tool for defeating enemies in close range. Perhaps most excitingly, the Tonfa comes with new finishing moves which make it a unique change of pace within this weapon type.
