It’s that time of year again – the Fall is here and a new Call of Duty game appears on the horizon like clockwork. And, as a dedicated fan of those hitmarker sounds unique to the shooter, you, like us, are probably itching to get into the latest game as soon as possible through Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 early access. With Call of Duty Vanguard not being what a lot of series veterans wanted or expected, moving back into a contemporary setting where you expect all of your weapons to be outfitted with all the highest tech and bringing back Captain Price and company for some night visions shenanigans is a welcome change. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 early access
You will be able to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2’s campaign in early access from October 20, 2022, at 10 AM PT, 1 PM ET, 6 PM BST, and 7 PM EST. The multiplayer and Spec Ops modes for the game will not be playable ahead of the release date proper on October 28, though.
Campaign early access though will begin for all platforms at the same time. It requires a digital pre-order to be able to play a week ahead of everyone else. Physical pre-orders won’t get access to the campaign early, unfortunately.
