Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 follows on from the 2019 game and is set to offer an extensive multiplayer mode, alongside a beefy campaign for players to immerse themselves in. But, with multiplayer always being the focal point of the series, features like crossplay and quality of life changes are always welcome.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 will have full crossplay support when it launches on all platforms. The feature was confirmed to Forbes after seeing a preview for the game.

 

It isn’t too surprising to see the feature back for Modern Warfare 2 as the last three Call of Duty games have all featured crossplay support. It’s great to see this feature added and that Warzone 2 crossplay will also be available in the new iteration of the battle royale.
