In a surprise announcement, Modern Warfare 2 has just revealed a look at the first raid for the game titled Atomgrad. The Modern Warfare 2 Atomgrad trailer teases the co-op communication that will be required when you play next week after it launches on December 14, 2022.
In the trailer we get a look at the squad seemingly entering a large facility (which we can assume is a nuclear facility based on the Raid’s name), incorporating a variety of the shooter’s mechanics and systems. Unlike the game’s multiplayer and co-op, it seems like the Raid will be quite stealth-focused so there won’t be any running or gunning if you want to make it through.
This Raid will launch as a part of Season 1 Reloaded with the Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 Reloaded release date set for December 14, the same day as the Raid releases. Alongside the Raid, you can expect the new Chimera weapon, as well as a lot more once Infinity Ward reveals the roadmap next week.
