The latest entry in the vehicular combat franchise is just as exciting as the moment Elden Ring dropped and FromSoftware fans have a new update about the project’s progress.

A new report on the Game Rating and Administration Committee in South Korea details that Armored Core 6 has an age rating in place for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S consoles. According to the recently filed document, the latest FromSoftware game receives a 12 age rating for the following: “Mild violence (expression of attacks and explosions using various weapons) Therefore, in accordance with Article 21 of the Game Industry Promotion Act and Article 7, Subparagraph 2 of the Rating Classification Regulations, the rating is determined as ‘available for 12 years old’.”

Furthermore, the document also shares a brief synopsis of the game’s narrative, which states Armored Core 6 Fires of Rubicon is “an action game in which the independent mercenary 621 Raven solves numerous requests and challenges the secrets of Rubicon.” It may sound like a basic summation of the game’s plot, but we’re curious to see exactly what secrets are lurking with Armored Core 6’s storyline.
