We know there’s quite a bit of room for improvement when it comes to WWE 2K23 as a wrestling game, but we think we can all agree that this year’s creation suite and CAW features are the best they’ve ever been. If you’re not convinced, then maybe this epic WWE 2K23 community creation that introduces three Yakuza series characters to the ring (and Wrestlemania, if you want) might be the evidence you need. Yeah, that’s right, they’ve added Yakuza to WWE now.

Uploaded to the WWE 2K23 community creations database by Redditor ‘DimplyTurtle935‘, the Yakuza series’ Goro Majima, Kazuma Kiryu, and Ichiban Kasuga have all been re-created with some exceptional accuracy in WWE 2K23’s Create a Wrestler feature.

Now, we know these boys do quite a bit of fighting in the Yakuza series, but who hasn’t wondered how they would handle themselves in the ring against iconic superstars like The Game, John Cena, or the Tribal Chief himself Roman Reigns? Well, even if you haven’t, now you can find out – and isn’t that exciting?

One interesting thing is, as you’ll be able to see in a little more detail below, that the three characters haven’t all been given the 99 rating you’d expect from community creations like this. DimplyTurtle has made Ichiban Kasuga a , Goro Majima an 87-rated Technician, and Kazuma Kiryu a 93-rated Striker. We don’t know enough about the Yakuza series to tell you if that’s accurate or not, but it’s clear a lot of care and thought has gone into bringing these characters to WWE fans. So, we’d like to think they’re pretty accurate.

If you’re just here wondering what they look like in-game, here’s a little look for you from the aforementioned Reddit post. As you can see, they really do look like their Yakuza-series counterparts.
