It’s safe to say that Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 is packed with new content for players to look forward to and one of the most exciting new additions is the Omni Sword – a new customisable pickaxe that comes with this season’s battle pass. Much like Chapter 3 Season 1’s Haven Masks, players can unlock new style options for the Omni Sword by collecting a new seasonal currency. The Omni Chips locations in Fortnite are going to change weekly, and we have an up-to-date list of where you can find them below.
Before we look at the latest Omni Chips locations in Fortnite, you’re going to need to make sure you actually have the Omni Sword unlocked. You will be able to unlock this pickaxe for 7 Battle Stars from page one of the Chapter 3 Season 2 battle pass.
Once you’ve done this, you should be able to start finding Omni Chips in Fortnite and unlocking new styles for the Omni Sword. You don’t need to have it equipped to find them, either, so don’t worry if you still want to use your favourite pickaxe while you’re searching.
Unlike last season’s feathers, players will only be able to collect a select amount of Omni Chips each week. At the moment, it appears that there will only be nine Omni Chip locations in Fortnite each week. These locations don’t expire, though, so players will have the entire season to collect all the available Omni Chips.
Fortnite Omni Chips locations – Week eight challenges
Here’s everything you need to know about all the new Fortnite Omni Chips locations for week eight:
- The Joneses (three Omni Chips)
- Shell or High Water (three Omni Chips)
- Coney Crossroads (three Omni Chips)
Fortnite Omni Chips locations – Week Seven challenges
Here’s all the new Fortnite Omni Chips locations for the week four challenges:
- Cuddle Cruisers (three Omni Chips)
- Sleepy Sound (three Omni Chips)
- Covert Cavern (three Omni Chips)
For Week Seven, players will be able to get their hands on Omni Chips from Cuddle Cruisers to the east, Sleepy Sound and Covert Canyon – all in the top half of the map.
Fortnite Omni Chips locations – Week Six challenges
Here’s all the new Fortnite Omni Chips locations for the week four challenges:
- Seven Outpost II (three Omni Chips)
- Crispy Crater (three Omni Chips)
- Tumbledown Temple (three Omni Chips)
This week, there are another nine Omni Chips locations to find in Fortnite. You will be able to find three at the second Seven Outpost, three at Crispy Crater, and three at Tumbledown Temple.
Fortnite Omni Chips locations – Week Five challenges
Here’s all the new Fortnite Omni Chips locations for the week four challenges:
- Rocky Reels (three Omni Chips)
- Launchpad (three Omni Chips)
- Shifty Shafts (three Omni Chips)
As you can see from the map above, there are nine Omni Chips to unlock this week – located at Rocky Reels, the Launchpad POI, and Shifty Shafts to the north of the map.

- Condo Canyon (three Omni Chips)
- Windbreakers (three Omni Chips)
As you can see in the image above, there’s another nine Omni Chips up for grabs this week, spread across the Windbreakers, Condo Canyon, and the Daily Bugle POI locations.

Here’s every new Fortnite Omni Chips locations for the week three challenges:
- Camp Cuddle (three Omni Chips)
- Sanctuary (three Omni Chips)
- Synapse Station (three Omni Chips)
Looking at the map above, from Fortnite.gg, we can see that there are another nine Omni Chips up for grabs in Fortnite this week – they’re located in Sanctuary, Synapse Station, and through Camp Cuddle.
