Warhammer 40K Darktide crafting system
To get started with the Warhammer 40K Darktide crafting system, players must first head to the Shrine of the Omnissiah aboard the Mourningstar hub area. Interact with the station to use the crafting system, which gives you access to several actions to improve and alter your weapons and curios.
There are five key crafting processes in Darktide:
- Consecrate – upgrades rarity and power
- Refine time – re-rolls the items perks with increasing costs each time
- Earn Blessing – discard an item in return for a Votive Offering
- Re-Bless – replace an item’s existing Blessing with one from an extracted Votive Offering
- Combine Blessings – combine three Votive Offerings into a single upgraded one
To perform these crafting processes, players will need two main resources – Plasteel and Diamantine. Plasteel and Diamantine stashes can be found in varying quantities in containers spread throughout missions, requiring only a quick interaction to collect.
Crafting can use up your supply of Plasteel and Diamantine quickly if you’re not staying topped up. Luckily, if you’re already hunting for the Warhammer 40K Darktide Grimoires then you’re bound to find enough materials to allow you to craft until your heart’s content.
