Neekolul joins the 100 Thieves stream team

The streamer who made the famous 'ok boomer' TikTok is now part of Nadeshot's team

Neekolul, or Neeko for short, has joined 100 Thieves as a content creator. The Latinx streamer and TikTok star has joined the esports team as part of their line up of content creators and will represent them along with other big names like Rachel ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter, Hammoudi ‘Yassuo’ Abdalrhman, and of course Matthew, ‘Nadeshot’ Haag – the founder of 100 Thieves.

Neeko has been streaming for the past three years, but really became the centre of the internet’s attention with a viral video posted on TikTok in March. This video shows her mouthing the words to the song ‘Oki Doki Boomer’ by senzawa in a Bernie 2020 shirt and she became known as the ‘Ok boomer girl’ by many.

Now though, Neeko is part of the crew that represents 100 Thieves as a content creator and will be streaming and making content with the rest of the crew. With a speciality in viral content, we wonder what she’ll be making for them.

On Twitter, Neeko posted a video of her getting emotional about the opportunity, saying “I honestly never thought I would be in this position, but I’m so excited for the future and am extremely thankful for this opportunity. I want to be a positive Latinx voice on the platform and I hope that I’ve made my family, friends and my Twitch community proud!”

Neeko is a Mexican Twitch streamer, who lives in the US. She streams in both English and Spanish, so expect her to help 100 Thieves open up its content up to new audiences.

Congratulations, Neeko, we hope your new home with 100 Thieves is everything you want and more.
