100 Thieves has announced that YouTube Gaming superstars Rachell ‘Valkyrae’ Hofstetter and Jack ‘CouRage’ Dunlop have become part of its ownership group. The pair will now sit alongside CEO and founder Matthew ‘Nadeshot’ Haag, rapper Drake, media entrepreneur Scooter Braun, and Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert at the leadership table.
“As a streamer and former pro-player myself, I always wanted 100 Thieves to be an organization guided by and built to be a platform for content creators,” Nadeshot says. “Rae and Jack have been with us since 2018 and 2019 respectively, and are significant contributors to 100 Thieves. They deserve recognition for what they’ve done for the company to date – and we want their strategic input on what we can all do together in the future.”
Valkyrae – who was crowned best content creator at the 2020 Game Awards – meanwhile says that she is excited to “help write the next chapter” for the organisation. “I was the first female content creator to join 100 Thieves, and I’m proud that I have been a key part of the brand since very early on,” she states. “We’re looking forward to growing our team, and welcoming new creators that we know our fans will love.”
For CouRage, the step up is a “natural progression” in his “entrepreneurial journey.” He also pays tribute to the organisation which “has opened many doors” for his career, and supported his “evolution” as a content creator. “I’m excited about continuing to grow 100 Thieves and paving the way for future creators to join the fold,” he says.

With Valkyrae and CouRage – who both have over three million YouTube subscribers each – on board, 100 Thieves is certainly holding true to its vision for a business built by content creators.
