Raz’s family are a key part of Psychonauts 2, appearing in person for the first time and offering a number of in-game quests. But, after being introduced, the Aquato family camp location isn’t clearly highlighted and you aren’t told where to go to find Raz’s family.
His family are introduced towards the end of Act 1 of Psychonauts 2, where they show up to see Raz in his new job at the Psychonauts Headquarters. But after Hollis asks them to remove themselves from The Motherlobe’s surrounding area they are seemingly nowhere to be found.
It turns out that the Aquato’s are actually in a brand new area of the game, which extends beyond The Motherlobe’s vicinity. This location has its own secrets, quests, and collectables hidden within it. So, let’s dive into the Aquato Family Camp location and where to find Raz’s family.
Psychonauts 2 Aquato Family Location
The Aquato family’s camp in Psychonauts 2 is located in the Questionable Area, which can be found at the back of the Quarry, by heading through the cave to the left of the entrance to the Abandoned Mine. You should come across Raz’s sister, Frazie, in the story as you head towards the Psychoisolation Chamber.
Follow her across the rocks to the Abandoned Mine’s entrance. On the other side of the cave, you will reach the Questionable Area. Pull up your map from Raz’s journal and head to location D, the Campgrounds.
The campgrounds can be accessed by taking the right path from the entrance of the Questionable Area’s main park (not the parking lot) and heading into the trees across from the broken bridge.
Here you will find Raz’s family who you can talk to and interact with.
