As a Bruiser archetype character, Shaggy can pack a punch when needed and he’s best when he’s getting stuck into a fight – even though he does offer some decent ranged attacks. MultiVersus guru and fighting game content creator ‘Nyle‘ has spent some time with Shaggy and come up with a fantastic selection of chained moves that take advantage of this fighter’s natural strengths and make the most of his mean enraged Advantage state. So, pay attention Shaggy mains, here are the best Shaggy combos in MultiVersus:

  • Air Juggle Combo – Jump, Air Attack (Down), Ground Attack (Up), Jump, Air Special (Up)
  • Knockback Combo – Jump, Air Attack (Side), Ground Special (SIDE), Jump, Air Attack (Down)
  • Close Quarters Combo – Ground Attack (Down), Jump, Air Attack (Neutral), Ground Special (Side)
  • High Damage Ring-Out Combo – Jump, Air Attack (Down), Air Special (Up)
  • Air Ring-Out Combo – Jump, Air Attack (Up), Jump, Air Special (Up)

Air Juggle Combo

If you want to rack up some damage and set your opponent up for a ring-out, this is one of the greatest Shaggy combos to know in MultiVersus. It’s disorientating and, thanks to the flurry of fast attacks, it’s quite hard to escape.

  • Input on PlayStation: X button, left stick down + square button, left stick up + square button, X Button, left stick up + triangle button

Knockback Combo

Need to get your opponent to the edge? This combo is perfect for that – and it can then be followed up with a handful of down attacks if you find your opponent caught out and falling off the side of the map.

  • Input on Xbox: A button, left stick side + X button, left stick side + Y button, A button, left stick down + X button

Close Quarters Combo

Getting up close and personal? This is a great combo for rallying several fast hits against an opponent to build damage and prepare for a ring-out.

  • Input on PlayStation: Left stick down + square button, X button, square button, left stick side + triangle button
  • Input on Xbox: Left stick down + X button, A button, X button, left stick side + Y button
  • Input on PC: S key + J key, space, J key, + A/D key + K key

High Damage Ring-Out Combo

As soon as your opponent is around 75 or more, you can start thinking about ring-outs. This combo will launch your opponent up with enough force that it should knock them straight out of the park. You will need to do this in quick succession, though – because you need to be in the air the whole time.

  • Input on PlayStation: X button, left stick down + square button, left stick up + triangle button
  • Input on Xbox: A button, left stick down + X button, left stick up + Y button
  • Input on PC: Space, S key + J key, W key + K key

Air Ring-Out Combo

However, if the above doesn’t work, you might just need to hit them up higher. That’s where this modified combo comes into play – it will require a little more finesse, but should help you get that extra hit in you need to secure the ring-out (and hopefully, the win).

  • Input on PlayStation: X button, left stick up + square button, X button, left stick up + triangle button
  • Input on Xbox: A button, left stick up + X button, A button, left stick up + Y button
