There are no more perfect LoL Worlds 2022 Pick’Ems after DRX victory

League of Legends Worlds 2022 Pick'Ems hopes have been dashed for the final remaining few competitors hoping to predict their way to MOBA game glory

League of Legends Worlds 2022 Pick'Em perfect no more: Zeka

There are no longer any League of Legends Worlds 2022 Pick’Em competitors with perfect picks. DRX’s unprecedented victory over Gen.G in Sunday’s semifinals matchup spelled disaster for the remaining users, who had all guessed the reigning LCK champion would come out on top.

According to Reddit user ‘Jozoz’, there were eight remaining users with perfect picks heading into day two of the LoL Worlds 2022 Semifinals. However, the hopium was not strong enough to sway any of them to opt for the DRX dream run over the near-inevitability of a Gen.G win.

The League of Legends Worlds 2022 Pick’Em competition has seen thousands of hopefuls attempt to predict their way to glory. At each stage of the tournament, users are required to lock in their predictions as to who will advance – and in the case of the tournament’s Play-Ins and Group stages, the exact order.

Those who manage to successfully guess everything correctly receive a full suite of Ultimate Skins – the top-tier cosmetics available in the popular MOBA game. Meanwhile, the top 5,000 guessers will receive the Worlds 2022 Azir skin alongside the champion itself.

There are also other prizes for those who perform well, including Event Tokens, Worlds Capsules containing emotes and other smaller cosmetics, and a Kassadin ‘Excuse Me?’ emote.

With Sunday’s result, no one will attain ultimate bragging rights, nor Ultimate Skins. So, better look next year, we guess.
