December 10 Some of the LVxLOL Qiyana collection has already sold out.
Brace yourself, the League of Legends Louis Vuitton collaboration capsule is here, and, as we all expected, it’s pretty pricey. The capsule, which is based on the prestige skins for Qiyana, dropped earlier today and features lots of camouflage, bling, and some pretty slick trainers.
But unlike the cost of the prestige skins, the price of the items are pretty steep. Louis Vuitton is, after all, high fashion, and boy will you know about it when you see you the total price at checkout. A simple outfit consisting of a t-shirt, skirt jacket, sneakers, and a bag, will set you back an eye-watering $12,030 (£9,145).
We’ll admit it, our eyes were immediately drawn to the most expensive item on the site – the LVXLOL leather biker jacket – but the other items aren’t exactly cheap either. In fact, the cheapest item on the store are two silk bandeaus that retail for $230 each (£175).
The capsule, which was teased as part of Worlds 2019, was designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Louis Vuitton’s artistic director of women’s collections. The partnership is the first of its kind for Riot Games, who also allowed the fashion brand to design in game skins and the case for the Summoners Cup.
A collection inspired by champion Senna is coming in January.
