With over 140 champions in League of Legends, it can be hard for new players to find a favourite. But if one of the things you look for in a video game character is the quality of their tails, then one Reddit user may have helped you find your new main.
User ‘ILoveTails’, who is renowned for their analyses of character’s tails in other games such as Smite, has given their verdict on which of LoL’s tailed champions has the best appendage and created one of the most niche tier lists in LoL history. The tier list includes all 24 tailed characters and they have concluded that the two champions who are the best for tail lovers are Warwick and Renekton.
Going more in depth on his rankings, ILoveTails explains why only two champions made it into the highest tier. “Aurelion Sol: The fact that it’s mostly see-through causes it to lose points to fall out of S tier,” ILoveTails says. “Cho’Gath: Would be S tier – but lacks smooth animations and loses points for that.”

Relatively popular champions such as Rengar and Ahri find themselves in the middle of the pack, while five champions are put in the lowest tier for their poor tail game: Tahm Kench, Kog’Maw, Kindred, Anivia, and Fizz.
While many people rank their favourite champions on aspects such as their overall design, their strength in game, or their background and lore, this has got to be one of the strangest champions rankings ever.
