Despite the battle royale genre already boasting top titles like Call of Duty: Warzone, Fortnite, and Apex Legends, leaks from earlier this week report that another is ready to enter the mix: Ubisoft’s Hyper Scape. While there’s been no official announcement of the game so far, it appears that content creators and streamers are currently getting hands on with Hyper Scape after one of the biggest personalities on Twitch claimed he’s already hooked.
Fortnite pro and Twitch’s most followed active streamer, Turner ‘Tfue’ Tenney, appears to have confirmed that streamers are being given copies of Hyper Scape for content after tweeting that he had been playing it all day. It appears the shooter – which leaks suggest is set in a “futuristic virtual world” – has also made a big impression on Tfue, who admits he thinks he is “addicted.”
While it is not uncommon for new titles to be revealed alongside content drops by big influencers, leaks surrounding Hyper Scape make it seem all the more important that streamers are the ones to show it off.
That’s because Hyper Scape’s big standout feature is reported to be some form of integration with Twitch, which will see viewers “directly impact the game with live game-changing events,” according to chief leaker Rod ‘Slasher’ Breslau.

Tfue is the only streamer on Twitch to have commented on Hyper Scape. Ali ‘SypherPK’ Hassan also revealed on Twitter that he’s been playing the game too and will be showing it off on his stream tomorrow, July 2.
This appears to be the date that all creators will be able to put out their Hyper Scape content, so it’s not long until we get a glimpse of the newest addition to the battle royale family.
