Forspoken, an action-packed RPG from Final Fantasy XV developers Luminous Productions and publishing powerhouse Square Enix, is almost here and we can’t wait to jump into Athia with Frey. With pre-launch gameplay footage showcasing this game’s visually stunning combat and fluid traversal mechanics, it’s easy to see why there are so many people looking forward to this game. If you’re one of those people, you’re going to want to know when the Forspoken release time is due; if you want to avoid spoilers, here’s how soon you can jump into the game yourself.

If you’re a console player, the Forspoken PS5 release time is set for 21:00 PST on January 23 and 00:00 EST and 00:00 GMT on January 24. For every other time zone, Forspoken should be a 00:00 local time release – and your PS5 should tell you exactly how long you have to wait before you can jump in.

If you’re playing on a computer, though, the Forspoken Steam release time is 08:00 PST / 13:00 EST / 16:00 GMT on January 24. This information can be found in this Steam page post detailing the game’s pre-order bonuses and whether there’s Forspoken early access.

If you’re sitting there asking “is Forspoken open world“, you’ll be pleased to know that there really isn’t too long to wait before you can find out for yourself. And, with a stacked Forspoken voice actors cast, this game has a lot of potential when it comes to Forspoken characters and memorable narrative moments.

However, despite all that, it still seems like Forspoken’s gameplay is going to be it’s best bit. Of course, we don’t know that’s the case for certain (just yet, anyway), but it does really look brilliant.

Is it going to be one of the best PS5 RPG games out there when it drops? It could very well be – especially when you consider how good Final Fantasy XV is. But, we still can’t say for certain if this will be one of the best PS5 games ever; we’ll leave that one up to you.
