Astralis Group’s FIFA esports team, Future FC, has added a second player to their roster in Israeli FIFA player Roee Feldman.
The 17-year-old, who reached the quarter-finals of the FIFA 19 Global Series PS4 Playoffs, will represent the Danish team for the FIFA 20 season. He joins established FIFA pro Fatih “FifaUstun” Ustun, who joined in August after leaving M10 Esports, the FIFA team of Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil.
The creation of Future FC saw Astralis Group, who have a share in CS:GO’s Astralis and League of Legends’ Origen, take on their first venture into competitive FIFA. Despite Feldman’s lack of titles and experience, his brilliant form towards the tail end of the FIFA 19 season proved that he has bags of potential. Alongside FifaUstun, who has title-winning experience from his time at Brondby where he won the FIFA eClub World Cup, Future FC have a good mix of young talent and wiser heads heading into FIFA 20.
Following the announcement, Feldman promised that he would not let his new team down.
Im so happy and proud to announce that I signed with @futurefcgg, the new fifa team of @astralisgroup.
I want to thank them for their trust and for @eSports_Rep for making this possible, and I promise, I will not let you down
Big year ahead🙌❤@audi@audidanmark#FIFA20 https://t.co/Zzwvvn6y96
