We know it should go without saying, but we’re going to say it: getting a win in Warzone 2 is tough – and it’s beyond satisfying to see the victory screen pop up after an intense gunfight in the final circle. If you’re lucky enough to have a Warzone 2 win under your belt, you’ll know what we’re talking about. If not, you’ll just have to trust us. Or, you could watch this clip – which shows a German Call of Duty pro player getting the world’s first Warzone 2 nuke in solos. We know that’s quite a lot bigger as achievements go, but the joy palpable.
Unholy Esports streamer Manuel ‘ShuKz’ Herbst, who goes by the username ‘ShuKzNorris‘ on Twitter, is – as far as we can tell – the first player to get a solo Nuke in Warzone 2, claiming Champion’s Domination and a place in the battle royale’s history books.
As you can see in the clip here, and if you want to check out our guide on how to get a Warzone 2 nuke and win instantly, you have to complete a rare contract in-game to earn a tactical nuke – it’s not all about getting a 25 killstreak.
What is it about? Well, it’s about staying alert and praying no one throws a Drill Charge at you – from the looks of things. You can check out ShuKz’s Twitch VOD, in which his successful Nuke attempt starts at 08:14:30 below:
If you want to know what ShuKz is using towards the end of this incredible game, you will find a build for the akimbo P890 in our best Warzone 2 loadout of the week here.
However, it’s also worth checking out our wider selection of the best Warzone 2 loadouts if you want to replicate this – although, it won’t be easy. It’s also worth making sure you’re using the best Warzone 2 settings and best Warzone 2 FOV options. Just remember, the nuke contract doesn’t spawn all the time – so, don’t fret if you can’t find it when you drop into Al Mazrah.
