The Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 release date is on the way and if you’re one of the countless fans who can’t wait to get their hands on this new shooter from Activision, you will be pleased to know that the Modern Warfare 2 beta start time is almost upon us. That’s right, you’re going to be able to use your Modern Warfare 2 beta codes to get access to an early build of MW2 shortly – and we’re here to tell you just when you need to boot up your console to get playing.
Before we properly get stuck into the details, it’s important to note that this weekend’s beta will let everyone on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC join in, at some point. There’s still some early access for available on Xbox and PC, but the PlayStation beta is wide-open for everyone.

The Modern Warfare 2 beta has started, for those with an early access code. The Modern Warfare 2 beta will start on September 22, 2022, at 10:00 PT, 13:00 ET, 18:00 BST, 19:00 CEST for those with early access codes or who have pre-ordered. If you are not in that category, you will have to wait till the same time on September 24, 2022 to play.
